One might want to know how the E-Levy will affects the business of Mobile Money. May be it’s temporal behavior change, the locksmith refused to take payment of service through MoMo, he insisted it be paid in cash. He pointed the MoMo agent who could do the withdrawal. 
The agents are also complaining of continuous cash withdrawals. Hopefully, the trend changes.
