Three Justices of the Supreme Court,

On Wednesday, 3rd January 2024, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo sworn into office of three Justices of the Supreme Court, namely; Justice Henry Anthony Kwofie, Justice Yaw Darko Asare and Justice Richard Adjei-Frimpong.

Their appointments have been necessitated by vacancies created on the Court as a result of the mandatory retirements of Justice Nene Ofoe Amegatcher on 3rd February 2023, Chief Justice Anin Yeboah on 24th May 2023, and Justice Jones Dotse on 8th June 2023.
