Sam Jerome Appointed Head of Corporate Communications at COCOBOD

The Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) has named Sam Jerome, the Western North Regional Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), as its new Head of Corporate Communications.

His appointment comes following the exit of Fiifi Boafo, who previously held the position.

Sam Jerome, widely recognized for his expertise in political communications, brings a strong background in Development Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Law, areas he pursued in his academic career. His diverse experience is expected to bolster COCOBOD’s communication strategies and public relations efforts.

In his new role, Jerome will oversee corporate communications, media relations, and strategic outreach, ensuring effective engagement with the public and key stakeholders in the cocoa industry.

His appointment is regarded as a strategic step toward enhancing COCOBOD’s visibility and strengthening its role in Ghana’s agricultural sector.
