The Member of Parliament for Akuapem South Constituency in the Eastern Region, Osei Bonsu Amoah, has withdrawn from the parliamentary primary slated for January 27.

This decision was conveyed in a letter he addressed to the General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Justin Kodua Frimpong, dated January 19.
