Ghana has recorded ten additional cases of Mpox, bringing the total number of confirmed infections to 117 as of June 20, 2025. Despite the steady increase in cases, health authorities maintain that there is no immediate cause for alarm.

According to the latest update from the Ghana Health Service, there have been no reported deaths or hospitalizations related to the outbreak. Surveillance efforts have been intensified nationwide, and contact tracing is ongoing to help contain the spread.

Health officials also advise avoiding close contact with infected persons and practicing regular hand hygiene.
