In his new role, he will collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Minister for Finance, the Governor of the Bank of Ghana, the Government Statistician, and regional representatives, to provide strategic policy guidance to the president and parliament.
In a separate appointment, President John Dramani Mahama has designated Mr. Albert Kwadwo Twum Boafo as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) until a new Board is constituted.
