Ghana’s Finance Minister, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, says the country now spends less than 20% of its revenue on debt servicing, down from about 50% previously. He said the reduction has created more fiscal space for investment in schools, hospitals, roads and other critical infrastructure.
