Ghana has recorded a decline in new HIV infections and AIDS-related deaths, according to the 2025 National HIV Estimates. New infections dropped to 13,951 while deaths reduced to 12,051. The Ghana AIDS Commission says continued investment in testing, treatment and prevention remains key.
